I've owned this caravan for 5 years but sadly the time has come to sell her due to lack of use now the kids are older . Last year water did get in front window and caused a split in wood however don't affect van . I've never cooked in this caravan or used toilet or shower as always been on a site . Never used the gas as again always been on site and paid for electric so used it . However happy to plug things in if you want to test things out . Comes with porch awning and I do also have another awning that iam happy to sell for extra. Viewing welcome based pe12 clean and very tidy for age
