Advert Description
We have just two remaining from our lovely litter of fully vaccinated English X Sable rabbits who are looking for their forever homes. Mum is Zelda and she is a purebred blue English rabbit, dad is Mulberry and he is a purebred marten Sable rabbit (one of the old traditional fur breeds). Zelda was a very naughty girl and escaped from a run with a lid and got in with Mulberry and these beautiful babies are the result!
They are ready to go to their new homes now. I am looking for people able to offer them forever pet homes. They are old enough to be neutered now if you are looking for a companion for an existing rabbit.
The babies were vaccinated by my vet with the triple vaccine (Nobivac Myxo-RHD Plus) at the age of seven weeks old on 31st July and each will come with a vaccination card as proof they have been done (see photos). This vaccine protects against myxomatosis, RHD1 and RHD2 for a year, and needs to be repeated annually. This alone cost me £52 per rabbit and is included in the price.
They have been handled daily since birth, so will make confident and friendly pets, both parents and several other relatives can be seen.
English and Sable rabbits are medium sized, weighing around 3 kg as adults. They are active breeds so will need plenty of space, they can live outside in a secure, predator proof hutch/shed and run or as house rabbits.
I will be asking for photos of your set up and making sure that you have done your research as rabbits are a long-term commitment and I want to ensure they go to perfect homes.
My rabbits leave with a detailed information sheet, vaccination card, pellets, readigrass, forage, barley rings and a toy, plus a lifetime of aftercare advice.
Serious enquiries only please, make sure you have done your research and understand the time, space and finances required.
