WANTED
Sole use yard for rent in or around Newcastle Emlyn (Castell Newydd Emlyn) with a minimum of 5 stables, but no more than 7, decent grazing (anything above aminimum of 7 acres), an arena (a bonus but realistically a pipe dream probably.) would consider something bigger though.
Secure fencing is essential though, my horses do respect fences.
Hay/straw storage, feed/tack room.
Electric would be a bonus but not essential, I can work something out for lighting, but running water is a must.
Don’t mind taking something on that needs TLC, tidying up etc, or even a place in need of a deep clean.
I’ve previously been on livery yards, so keeping the place tidy and presentable is second nature. Muck heap I’m OCD over so it will always be kept tidy and banked.
It’ll be for my own personal horses (6 in total, but 2 are small and if the 5th stable is big enough, they can share, they’re turned out together. 3 ponies, 3 horses, 4 of which are mares, one gelding & an entire. I do not have foals, don’t intend on having any either.) 1 of the 6 is retired, her main job is keeping the other 3 mares company. I’d ideally like to find a place where I can enjoy them again and get back riding and just being with them for hours on end. Currently they’re out on 11 acres (each) and I’m unable to fully enjoy them. We need a routine back!
Willing to travel up to an hour from NCE
or a bit further for the right place.
