Moonlight, a head-turning Registered Pinto Palomino American miniature horse with a truly amazing temperament. 34 and 3/4 inches Moonlight is the perfect combination of looks, charm, and gentleness. He is well-mannered, easy to handle, fantastic to clip loves be the centre of attention.
He is the perfect friend.
He is dark palomino in the summer, in winter he turns into a unicorn very pale but always back to the dark pinto in spring again.
Perfect to catch he comes running over.. groom, farrier, travels, loads,
there are literally no negatives with this happy willing little chap.
He has shown locally and always brings in the red ribbons.
He always behaves perfectly at shows although I have not done serious showing as it’s just not my thing but he would love it and excel in it.
Moonlight has been well cared for, is in excellent health Whether you’re looking for a show pony, a therapy horse, Moonlight is ready to bring joy and love to his new home.
This is a very sad sale I bought him as a weanling so is very special to me but I have had a serious non horse related ankle injury and won’t be able to give Moonlight the future he deserves and really do not want him to end up a field ornament when he has had so much put into him.
He will happily trot along side a pushbike or even my mobility scooter while I’ve been recovering !
He also will happily lead off another horse or (slow!) quad bike
Whilst I have been injured I’ve been teaching him some entertaining tricks which he’s enjoyed he’d make a wonderful Liberty or a fantastic showing Liberty as he’s taken to it so so quickly he’s very intelligent.
He’ll do anything for a treat ! :-D
He’s absolutely brilliant in all traffic too and I feel would make a dream driving horse.
