Well socialised, friendly and ready to be loved - come with all care advice and fully set up home and ongoing advice if ever needed I have have 3 young/baby Horsfield stortoises who are ready on Thursday to go to their new forever homes now. I am taking either deposits to hold until a later date if required .
The price is £145 a tortoise without home and accessories or £195 with tortoise table home, basking bulb, feeding slate, calcium powder, water bowl, ceramic lighting arm and full care sheet.
These babies have been constantly handled, hand fed, stroked and cuddled and they also like head tickles and shell strokes. Ideally I would definitely be wanting their new family's to be in a position to give them this kind of attention, love and care throughout their 50+ Year life and be made part of the family. They are a long term commitment. They are extremely friendly and well socialised and used to being handled. Their home comes fully set up and ready to go and will also come with the offer of continuing ongoing advice and care information should you need it . I will also be giving you a full care sheet with their diet, routine etc Please think long and hard about taking a tortoise into your home as they live very long lives and are passed down generations in wills etc, know that if your buying with the view to provide your children with a pet that you must be prepared to care for him/her yourself and not them. The care is very easy and straight forward once you have taken the time to read up in the correct places and seek the correct advice. I am accepting deposits to secure these babies for the right people and can keep until a later date if needed, just ask.
