The Atlas Lakeland is a perfect starter holiday home, with spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen, two good sized bedrooms, and separate toilet and shower rooms. It`s in excellent condition for its age, and as there is no age limit on this site, it still has many years of use. The previous owner has really taken care of it.
The size is 35` x 12` so it`s not one the 10ft wide models normally found at this price. There are two entrance doors, one into the lounge and another at the bedroom end.
The lounge is very spacious with built in seating. There are loads of windows in the lounge, including a floor-to-ceiling window which lets in lots of light and makes the room feel large. There are two cosy seat-corners which will be ideal for relaxing and watching TV. There is also a gas fire, coffee table and lots of storage on the wall units.
The kitchen is a really good size, with a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, lots of storage. The dining table is easily accessible, with L-shaped bench seating and 2 stools.
The master bedroom is a very good size, with lots of space around the bed and a double wardrobe and dressing table. There is access into the shower room from either this room of the hallway.
The twin room is very spacious, with beds big enough for adults. The wardrobe in this room is full length, so storage space is fine.
Lastly, the toilet is separate from the shower room, so no need for a hurried shower.
Finance is available using a minimum 20% deposit (5.25% fixed / 9.9% APR). A typical finance example on this holiday home would be £4000 deposit and 48 monthly payments of £400, but we can tailor packages to suit your needs.
Haven`s Doniford Bay Holiday Park is open for 9 months of the year, from 1st March - 30th November. There`s no age limit for the caravans on the park, so you can plan to be here for years. We have just over 500 pitches on park, 370 of which are owner occupied meaning that it`s a very friendly site. There are lots of owner's only events that we organise, and exclusive clubs for kids and teens. We are dog friendly, and have some great walks along the coastal pathways and nearby Quantock Hills.
We have a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool with slides and inflatables. There`s also an all-weather sports court, crazy golf, climbing wall, zip wire & ropes, and a riding stable. The main entertainment area has a restaurant, cabaret show-bar with nightly entertainment, arcade, indoor play-zone, French-bowling and tennis courts. We also have direct beach access and beautiful views over the Bristol Channel towards Wales. Most of the pitches on site have these views, and it`s your choice where to site the caravan. The annual site fees vary according to pitch location, starting from just £3501 p.a.
We have 24hr security who man the main entrance and patrol the park, and a modern CCTV system to monitor the site. Every holiday home is fitted with a Ramtech intruder alarm which is connected to the gatehouse, meaning your holiday home is protected when you are away.
