The Swift Bordeaux is a high-spec holiday home, with all the features you'd expect at this level. It's fully double-glazed with gas central heating, and is fine for all weathers. It`s 40ft x 12ft so is very spacious, and has three good-sized bedrooms with a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge (8 berth).
The lounge area is a great size, with free standing furniture and foot-stools. There are French-doors which open to the front of the caravan. There is a coffee table with stow-away stools underneath it. The TV unit is in the corner with units for DVDs. The ceiling has built in speakers which play music via a blue-tooth connection
The kitchen is equipped with a full-size integrated fridge-freezer and has a free-standing table and chairs. It is U-shaped with lots of storage and plenty of work surface area.
The master bedroom is a good size for a three bedroom model, being the full width of the caravan. There is a double wardrobe, dressing table, under-bed storage, and an en-suite toilet. The two twin rooms both have wardrobes.
A handy detail of this holiday home is a built-in rear storage compartment, which is ideal for bikes, BBQ`s, sun loungers, etc. It is ideal if you wanted to sublet your caravan to earn income, because the compartment key is different to the main door, meaning no one else can gain access. Haven`s fully-managed letting service is available to help towards your running costs, which would allow you to earn an income of approx £7500 p.a. Private letting is also allowed.

Haven`s Doniford Bay Holiday Park is open for 9 months of the year, from 1st March - 30th November. There`s no age limit for the caravans on the park, so you can plan to be here for years. We have just over 500 pitches on park, 370 of which are owner occupied meaning that it`s a very friendly site. There are lots of owner's only events that we organise, and exclusive clubs for kids and teens. We are pet friendly, and have some great walks along the coastal pathways and nearby Quantock Hills.
We have a fantastic indoor and outdoor pool with slides and inflatables. There`s also an all-weather sports court, crazy golf, climbing wall, zip wire & ropes, and a riding stable. The main entertainment area has a restaurant, cabaret show-bar with nightly entertainment, arcade, indoor play-zone, tennis courts and bowling. We also have direct beach access and beautiful views over the Bristol Channel towards Wales. Most of the pitches on site have these views, and it`s your choice where to site the caravan.
The annual site fees vary according to pitch location, ranging from £3501 p.a. to £5970 p.a.
We have 24hr security who man the main entrance and patrol the park, and a modern CCTV system to monitor the site. Every holiday home is fitted with a Ramtech intruder alarm which is connected to the gatehouse, meaning your holiday home is protected when you are away.
