XXXIV (unpaginated) + 1024pp + Commune Sanctorum CLVI (156pp.), all on 2 columns/page; text of the book in red and black characters. 18 x 11 cm, thickness 6 cmWeight 780 g (without packaging) Black leather (period, editor), spine with 5 raised bands, red edges; on the covers the appliques of clasps and brass corners are preserved (missing the small bars for closing).Friction, wear and tear on the spine and the covers (slightly crackled leather), joints a little split in head and tail; inside: a little soiled by usage and somewhat stained (some traces of water staining but dry and nothing serious); This book was in a library of religious congregation and was therefore used often, but it is still strong and healthy. With many and beautiful end pieces, ornamental initials; title vignette, bookplate handwritten in pen (from the time) ‘F. Crispiano Bonnensi’; beautiful engraving out of text by S.Franciscus Seraphicus, after Lang.
