Henneman is a Dutch painter, draughtsman, graphic artist, illustrator, sculptor and theatre and television maker.He lives and works in Amsterdam. His best-known work is the monument from 2006 for Theo van Gogh, “De Schreeuw”. The memorial, which was unveiled in 2007, depicts freedom of expression and how Van Gogh was silenced.
