Hardbacks with yellow cloth boards and gilt titles on black title panel in very good almost as new condition.Volume 1 has five essays and starts with 'A Treatise of the Canker of England's Commonwealth' (1601), and ends at 1802. Volume 2 starts with Francis Horner, Report together with Minutes of Evidence and Accounts from the Select Committee on the high price of gold bullion (1810) and contains seven essays up to 1875. Volume 3 contains eight essays from W Stanley Jevons, investigations in Currency and Finance (1884) and ends at 1965. Volume three contains an index to all three volumes.
