This volume in the history of the Royal Regiment of Artillery deals with the 'forgotten' fronts of the first world war, in the Near and Middle East, Italy and Africa and the part played in the defence of the United Kingdom and the problems of raising a force of artillery of over half a million men. Well illustrated with photographs and maps of the various campaigns. This copy is in good condition with the exception of some damage to top edges of the dust-jacket, including a small tear.
