Tin, likely 1960's maybe 1950's Toy Crane, which is all there surface rust only. The Jib is complete, needs some tidying and putting back together.
Mechanism works and all wheels are intact.

I thought it was a Tri Ang but not so sure
Bought by my late father over 25 years ago
