Over 50s - Fun Indoor Cricket

I’ve started this self-help group for anyone local suffering a chronic health condition or just wanting to do a bit more to get fitter. I am a heart patient so if you want to meet up for a spot of exercise with like minded people like me, drop me a line. You don’t need to have played cricket before and we use a soft ball. We play in a local school hall in E17 (Walthamstow) every Thurs 5.30-6.30pm and its £5 each time. If you’re interested or want more info, drop me a line, I’d love to hear from you.
