Advert Description

Antique Cut Glass Perfume Bottle With Stopper And English Sterling Silver Collar.

This pretty antique cut glass perfume bottle is complete with its original stopper and Sterling silver collar, and is a highly collectable decorative item.

The tiny hallmarks on the collar are difficult to read as they are very rubbed.
However, they show that it is English sterling silver from London, and I believe the “p” date mark indicates that the collar was made in 1910.

This is a private sale from a pet, smoke and Covid free home.
This perfume bottle was gifted to me over 60 years ago and is now surplus to requirements.

I have never put perfume in this bottle, having used it for decorative purposes only, so it is in very good condition for its age.

There are no chips or cracks or repairs to the body of the bottle itself, nor on the finial on the top of the stopper.

There is a slight chip on the peg insert of the stopper.
However, this is not visible when the stopper is in place and does not prevent the perfume bottle from being used.

The collar would benefit from a light clean with silver polish.

Please study the photographs provided to make your own assessment regarding the condition of this item.

Size: approximately 9.50 cm high (to top of stopper) x 3.50 cm wide (at its base).

Buyer to collect and pay cash on collection please. Regret no returns accepted.
Thank you.
