Every effort will be made to have all items in the prize bundle delivered to the winner before Christmas Day (25/12/2021). However, with the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 this cannot be guaranteed. 

You may only enter the competition once unless awarded an additional entry by sharing the link via social from which another participant enters. Your additional entry will be made automatically and no action will be required from yourself.

The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries following the close of the competition under the supervision of an independent observer and will be notified via the email address held by the Promoter within 12 hours of the competition closing.

If a prize is not claimed within a period of 72 hours after notification, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner and shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected.

The winners' name may be published on the Preloved social sites. By entering the competition you agree to any PR or marketing any member of The Hut Group wishes to undertake to promo its websites or products (using the email address that you provided when you entered the competition).

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded or transferred.  No cash alternative is available. Prize’s that are listed may be subject to change dependent on stock levels and availability, if this does happen then these prize’s will be replaced with items that the company/brand see to be a fit substitute. Prizes listed may be ex display but are in excellent condition. 

The winner is fully entitled to gift or rehome any and all items from their prize bundle without exception.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify without notice any entries that it believes are fraudulent. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
