Preloved Releases Free Marketplace App for iOS

Preloved has been busy behind the scenes taking the next crucial step in being the UK's leading online marketplace. With over 60% of people now accessing Preloved through a handheld device, the classified ad site is proud to announce the release of their new iOS app, designed by a talented in-house team. The app is available to download for free now via the App store.

The app has been carefully designed and developed to improve the shopping experience for both Preloved sellers and buyers. Sellers will be able to upload photos instantly using their smartphone camera, speeding up the ad creation process, with potential buyers able to view their adverts even quicker. With access to Preloved's easy-to-use member messaging service, sellers will be able to find the right buyer for their item on the go, making for improved, speedier sales.

Easy access to member messaging will also enhance the buyer's user experience by enabling them to be first in line for any must-have item they find, without the need to be logged into their account via the main site. With an accurate in-app locator, buyers will be able to find interesting adverts on their doorstep, as well as have easy access to Preloved's Featured and Freeloved adverts. Users will also be able to personalise their Preloved shopping experience by bookmarking select adverts using the Favourite feature within the app.

Preloved has been eagerly anticipating the release of the iOS app. This release signifies the start of a move into a new and exciting era of development for the large and established site, set to drastically improve the online experience for all users. The app is only available to iOS users at the moment, however the classified ad site is already busy planning the creation of an Android version of the app which they hope to release soon.
