"I would like to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU to Raines Antiques in Consett, Durham and also to Pendellas Transport. Having recently downsized to a house with a bigger dining room I was looking for a larger version of my Ercol dining table. I saw just what I wanted in a Preloved advert. A deal was struck on Tuesday with Niel from Raines Antiques, and he even organised the delivery time for the Saturday to fit round my schedule for that day. Steve from Pendellas Transport brought it down to Surrey safe and sound, and bang on time. What lovely people. But of course - they're Preloved people!"

"We got a lovely free miniature Shetland pony from Preloved. We got Rocky from a lovely family, they delivered Rocky to us. Rocky was as a companion for our Pony Blaze who is partially sighted, they are the best of friends, whereever Blaze goes Rocky goes, Rocky is Blazes shadow. We have had a lot of laughs with Rocky, he loves put his 2 front hooves in the water bucket & splashing. He has made every one who sees him fall in love with him. We have found out he loves going over poles, so we are training Blaze & Rocky for pony agility. I think Rocky & Blaze will always be the best of friends. We have another pony too Midnight. All of our ponies are special & will always have a forever home, as my 4 children love their ponies. Our pony family is complete with our Rocky. Thank you Preloved for being online as if it was not for Preloved we would not have Rocky in our lives. He has changed my 7 year old daughter life as she loves looking after him & he has helped her to settle down a lot & she loves being responsible for him. Georgina & I have kept in contact, I keep her informed on how Rocky is doing & I send updated photos too. I hope Georgina, her family & my family can always keep in touch as they were so kind to deliver Rocky. If it was not for Georgina putting an add on Preloved we would not have Rocky in our life."

I am now the owner of the nicest dog ever at a great price too. Its a chocolate lab of seven months and he is lovely. So another rehomed dog and a real happy new owner too. Well worth the £5.. "Last year we advertised two beautiful New Forest Ponies on Preloved. I chose the site because it was recommended to me by a close friend who had enjoyed success selling various horsey bits and pieces - I had not heard of it before then but placed a free add - well two actually. It was great to be able to write as much as I wanted and attach several pictures. I posted a link to the advert on the New Forest Pony page on Facebook as well. We received loads of emails from potential buyers who came directly from the Preloved listing as well as a family who followed the link from Facebook. Within a month we had done several viewings and the ponies were both sold together to a wonderful home. Although the buyer had found the PreLoved listing from the Facebook link she contacted me through Preloved as she was also an existing member. We were all very happy and have kept in close touch and have made great new friends as a result! So this year when I wanted to sell a saddle my first thought was Preloved! I joined as a full member to access the benefits of unlimited pictures, choice of backgrounds and quicker response times as I also wanted to find a horse to loan and needed to be able to reply to new adverts straightaway! I received dozens of emails about the saddle and eventually after a couple of weeks was contacted by a young lady who lives only a few miles from us. I was able to take the saddle to her to try and she was delighted. We agreed the sale and she collected the saddle the following week. She was also delighted as she had been able to sell her existing saddle through Preloved during the week and paid cash and the full asking price for ours! All in all a great experience and far more straight forward and less hassle and uncertainty than EBay! Thanks Preloved! I am currently mooching around the house to see if there is anything else we can sell and will definitely use Preloved again! A few quid for full membership very well spent!"
