"I am a disabled lady who uses a wheelchair and shopping causes me lots of pain . Weather too busy shops, cant get up steps, lots of reasons. So Preloved is my heaven. I have bought so much and sold so much too. Last week i bought a beautiful white christmas tree with free decorations and the kind guy even delivered it for me, now that was a lovely act of kindness. I have met some lovely people because of Preloved. It has opened a whole new world to me, thank you Preloved I love you x"

"A little while ago this I placed an ad requesting an model making stuff and was contacted by a lovely lady and her daughter.They gave me a wagon load of stuff which had belonged to their deceased husband / father. However it wasn't until I got it home and as able to check through it that I realised just what value it all was. They will know who they are in Nantwich. I wish to thank them once again and wish them well in their new home. I would have done this before but I have been ill and then my computer was out of action for some time Thank you both once again A strange postscript is that most of the nicad batteries were stil usable after 8 years lying idle. very unusual. thanks for letting me write this long one."
