"My family want to say thank you for Preloved and its members due to one members kindness we now have a much wanted new member to our family Max a 9month old Bichon Frise he is everything we ever wanted. My grandsons and I are over the moon. over the time I have been a member I have made many friends via Preloved, given away many items which is better for the environment and gives me the push I needed to start the declutter process that always comes when children leave home however I was not expecting the next generation to take over lol I would not have it any other way even though I'm disabled they give me a purpose a reason to get up and greet a new day I tended to get a bit lonely some days especially when my pain level was bad now I have Max he is giving me something more positive to think about it and as for cuddles and kiss's well they go both way. It must have been a terrible decision for Max's old owners to part with this charming little man he still needs house training and other basic training but that's not a problem as I have the time as I can't work. I will always be grateful for their unselfish decision to put Max's needs above their own and will always keep them up to date with their little boys progress we have already discovered he is an escapologist as he has already master's his escape root from the kitchen at will and kindly demonstrated how easy it was to jump up and pull the handle down. I'm hoping that he will be able to train and if he likes it become my service dog as he has shown an aptitude and seems to enjoy learning new things. I'm hoping to contact dog aid a charity that trains clients own dogs to fulfil such a role if they say he is suitable if not no matter he will just be my forever companion and friend to my Grandson one of which is autistic. Anyway thank you Preloved and the Butcher Family for their Kindness."
