We are selling our temperer as we no longer have a bean to bar chocolate business. It was bought second hand from Vantage House in September 2014 and it was used by us for 18 months. It is extremely reliable and does a really good job with bean to bar and couverture chocolate. It costs over £2,000 new.
It is an ideal chocolate temperer for enthusiastic amateurs and artisan chocolatiers. The Revolation X3210 was created to the specifications of the world's most demanding pastry chefs and confectioners. It melts and tempers a minimum of 1.35kg and a maximum of 4.5 kg chocolate per batch.
