Used Women’s Fishtail Hoop for under wedding dress.
Elastic waist (I’m a 12 and fits me) but as can see it has been ripped. I bought off a friend for my wedding but the shop I am buying the dress from have supplied the hoop. My friend did wear it for her wedding so has been used.
Hoop at bottom can be extended if desired.
