First produced at the Savoy Theatre on Saturday, April 27th 1901 under the management of Mrs D'Oyly Carte.

Good/fair antique condition. Pages stitched together along spine but no hard cover or dust jacket - not sure if it ever had one (it will be supplied in a cardboard folder for protection). Title page, list of characters, contents list & introduction page 1&2 are loose. Some wear/rubbing & creases mainly to edges & corners mainly on title & final page. Some foxing & age-related discolouration mainly on title & final page. Small tear on top right corner of title page. Otherwise good.
All music pages present 1 (introduction) through to 220 (end of opera) + 2 pages of adverts at end & title page, introduction, list of characters & contents pages at the beginning.
Title page stamped "AS&EG".
