1860 French Marble Napoleon Mantel Clock.
8 day Japy Frers, strikes on the bell.
It won the Gold Medal for the movement.
How to use it:
If the ticking is irregular, put a coin to level the clock.
To hear it ring, lower the wire and if needed, tighten the screw on the bell.
Use sawing machine oil to shine it.
