Fairwinds dinner plate. The pattern is “Friendship of
Salem” the vintage I believe is from the 1960s to 1980s , only because of the label on the back stating "dishwasher safe". It was manufactured at a time period when Meakin was influenced by earlier designs.
The interior pattern features the Friendship of Salem, which is a ship, with original copper engravings depicting a historical scene of Chinese export to America. It depicts an old world ship cruising along the ocean waters highly detailed in brown over a cream background. Read more
