Ethnic 3d effect Indian Women Frame

A lovely Ethnic frame, should I call it 3D or embossed, I am not sure!
The base is a black frame, measures approx 35.5 x 35.5 cms square. I am not sure what the material is, but feels rather heavy a base.
Sitting about 3cms in from all 4 side, is the actual women print, which measures approx 31 x 31 cms square, again, not too sure what the material is, maybe some kind of clay, as has a heavy feel to it. On the base is what looks like a wooden log, but again, not sure if real wood or some other material.
It has a hook for the heavy frame on the back.
