Picture Frame edged in Pastel shades of Pinks, Greens, Blues and Creams and gilt painted or papered on wood.

Approx 13 & 5/8" by 10 & 9/16" (~34.6cm by 27cm) visible glass inside frame which is overall about 16" by 13".(40.8 cm by 33.2 cm).

Currently shows a pale silhouette in white and browns of what I think is a peacock's head and some flowers.
Could be retained as a picture to display or as a frame for other picture(s) or photo(s).
