SIX FEET UNDER The Complete First Series

I bought this because I wanted to see Michael C Hall in something else. Wow, is he good. He carries tension in his shoulders in this, the set of his head is different, the way he looks out of his eyes is different. Also, this is another nice example of ensemble playing and the writers develop all of the main characters, not just some of them. I love the writing/directing/acting in this although the sex scenes made me squirm and I could have live without them being quite so graphic. Loved the actress playing the mother and the way they developed her character. Interesting learning the ins and outs of the burial business.... Read more
