TALKING TO HEAVEN - TED DANSON, MARY STEENBURGEN

I saw half of this on telly and wanted to see the whole thing. This is an import and annoyingly, every time you turn on the dvd player you have to turn off the subtitles in (I think) Dutch.

Ted Danson is okay in this and is quite believable. Mary Steenburgen at times isn't comfortable with what she's doing and it shows. The subject matter is remarkable and I've been glued to it both times I watched it. This allegedly is a biography of James Van Praagh's development of his psychic powers (James Van Praagh is in it in a cameo role). Read more
