Advert Description
This is a beautiful and spectacular Nepalese window. Traditionally, because of the cost/availability of glass and because of weather/temperature concerns, 'windows' were made of wood and could be opened for fresh air when weather conditions were suitable. Unfortunately, I don't know the types of stone that were used for the inlay. This 'window' has been used for display purposes only since I bought it. I would actually prefer people to visit and pay cash if possible - just so you can be sure you really love this really rare item.
