The dress has a shaped bust with pleated chiffon overlay, and a hold up band all round the top inside the dress to keep it in place when worn. The skirt drops to above knee level, and layered with feather plumes which move beautifully in a breeze. The dress is 50% polyester/43% feather plumes/7%silk, and fully lined in polyester.
