This is a genuine original, unrestored beauty.
No.1 Rations 2 Men - 1 Day tin the leather strap is broken somewhat adding to it's character even more. An absolute treasure - if only it could talk!! Possibly 2nd world war but can't guarantee that! Well I can now as I have found the date stamp MGC Co Ltd 1944 Grandad sure had some lovely history, he landed on Sword beach just after D Day so this was quite possibly part of the journey!!
