Taunton Vale Ash Tray
Orange and yellow daisy like flower and green leaves.
Vintage colourful ash tray from the ‘70s.
My mother collected these, I had the blue daisy, my sister the herb and my ma in law the dark blue.
I seem to have inherited some of their collections but as I am hoping to downsize, its time to reluctantly part with some of them.
Made in England
Taunton Vale,Wiveliscombe, Somerset, is on some of the items.
Nb This item has never as far as I am aware been used as an ashtray as our household is all non smokers.
It could be used as a display dish, or for pot-pourri or possible for a large candle.
Condition
The ashtray is in fair condition for its age.
There are no chips or cracks, but there is some crazing.
