This item is a "one off" custom made by a specialist food machinery engineer. The person who used this used to make anything from 26-30 Demi-johns of wine each year.
It is shown on a fermentation bucket for which it was designed for.
The material used is Stainless Steel, Aluminium (for strength) and "Nylatron" for hygiene. The fruit pulp goes into the Stainless Steel container, The "T" shape Stainless Steel Handle ball end pushes into the Nylatron block after you have inserted the "T" handle through the Stainless Nut in the centre. The "T" handle easily comes out of the Nylatron for cleaning. The Stainless Steel Container sits on the lower bracket within the bucket.
The pulp waste comes out as a solid block.
Measurements are:- "T" handle screw thread is approx 3/4 inch Dia. Top to bottom of Screw is
91/2 inch. Handle is 6 inch in length.
Nylatron Disc measures
8 1/8 inch in Diameter and 3/4 in thick.
Stainless Steel Strainer is 81/4 inch diameter x 8 inch in height.
The Aluminium bracket is 10 inch with 13 1/4 inch Approx overhang.
The Fermentation Bucket is not part of the offer but if it is of use to use or store the items that are for sale it can be part of the offer.
