The cottage is detached on a very quite coastal road in Co.Sligo.
we see or hear no one from our windows only the Atlantic ocean.
We have amazing views of the Ox mountains at the back of our property and Sea and mountains to the front.
The house is a early 1900's traditional fisherman's cottage.
Overall its in good condition. We have extensively refurbished the place but kept all its original features. It has oil fired heating and back up electric converter heaters, also a wood burner in the lounge. We have added a newer kitchen the last 2 years and had the shower and floor re-tiled in 2017.
Outside the back garden is elevated with establish apple tress and a new plum tree with ocean views to the North we have our fields to the back of the property of approx 12 acres all fenced with a water supply for our grazing sheep, We have also planted over 50 tress throughout the land about 5 years ago, mixture of Ash, Scotts pine, Alder and Popular.
We have also a large 60x30ft shed half closed in, where we store our cars and boat we also have a well maintained 30ft static caravan with a wood burner and flat Screen tv with satellite for all UK tv stations and plumed in toilet and shower as well as cooker.
We would like a sale but would be open to a swap for property's in Australia or New Zealand of similar value
