Lovely Ladies Black & White Handkerchief Dress. B13

This lovely dress has a handkerchief style design with a stretch top.
It doesn't have a size on but the bust measures 28" unstretched so i estimate it to be a size small, roughly a size 8 maybe a 10.
It has a decorative necklace that clips on to the straps, this can be removed if required.
The length is approximately 50" at it's longest point.
95% polyester/5% elastane, made in france.
