River island 10 summer waterfall cold shoulder dress bnwot

Hi this River Island summer cold shoulder boho dress has cold shoulders, has a waterfall design (longer at the back) and is very floaty. It's my daughters, she has never worn it, the label has been removed but the metal tassel details are still in their plastic and the under skirt is still attached to the main dress.
