WEISE Designer Wedding Dress. A display sample gown.
Gown colour: Ivory white with satin underlay, organza mesh which has a pearlescent sparkly finish. Detailing: Silver gold finish.
The gown is flared with a full skirt, it has a spectacular circular train fully embroidered and extensively beaded with silver gold metallic thread white and clear bead detailing.
The neckline shape is a bateau style, incredibly flattering this continues at the back of the dress dipping very slightly into a small V shape where it meets the central zip.
The zip is concealed by fabric so the embroidery and beadwork pattern matches perfectly.
The gown is made in a ballerina, Cinderella style design with a silver and gold beaded bodice edged with rows of glass beads, intricate detailing and is supported by delicate shoe string straps also edged with glass beads.
The gowns skirt is full and holds its shape perfectly with beadwork and embroidery falling into a diagonal shape.
The train has extensive filigree floral leaf detailing and bead work. The dress is unaltered. It has been very slightly shop soiled at the base of the hemline and there is 1 tiny hole a very little tear in mesh fabric.
However, this is fully re-storable as there is a 5 inch plain fabric border (a minimum of 1 inch would be lost from this making it 4 inches instead) if professionally cut/ altered by a dress maker.
This does not distract in any way from this beautiful gown. The dress is sized:14-16 (38). Measurements in inches: Chest: 36-38, Waist: (Max) 34, Hip: (Max)
44 Length (Front): 53 (top central point of neckline to hem base) with straps it measures:
58-9, Length (Back longest point of train): 92.
As mentioned on the train there is an additional 5 inch plain mesh for adjustment before the beadwork detail allowing the bride to alter this to her exact height requirements.
