MOORE & MOORE CONSOLE UPRIGHT PIANO, Dated approx 1931, serial no.4720, This underdamped, overstrung, iron frame piano has an Excellent Anglo/German HERRBURGER BROOKS SCHWANGER movement, found in many superior pianos.
Tone and touch would suit any serious pianist, though an amateur improver like me would find it enjoyable and a pleasure to play. Regularly tuned and maintained under it's current ownership for over 20yrs.and any faulty strings replaced. Piano has been mounted on heavy duty castors to facilitate easy movement for hoovering, floor sweeping, etc.REDUCED!
Casework has some scratches and minor veneer loss.
