Advert Description

Brand new never used industrial Excelsior hand pump without handle. Not sure what it is intended to pump, but I've seen similar pumps used for fuel, oil and as bilge pumps. Made of cast iron and heavy duty. If anyone knows exactly what it is I'd appreciate the info, thanks.
