This is a Harry Wysocki pulp paper lithograph titled Regatta, with Harry Wysocki's signature on bottom left side. At bottom, at left it reads "1500 Regatta/Embossed 18 x 24. On the right side it reads "(c) Ira Roberts Publishing, Inc. 1983. Litho in U.S.A.
This lithograph depicts a pair of sail boats with billowing sails on the sea with the wake spilling over the mat. Notice his use of embossing to add texture to the clouds, outline, sail boats and the foam that is displaced at the prow.
