Frank M Bennett Mitchells & Butler c1929 print

Hi I sent these pics to Smethwick museum who hold a lot of Mitchells & Butlers Brewerania and they believe the three sportmen may be a previous M & B pub name. The original painting was sold at Christie’s with date 1928 but this was in keeping with M&B Brewerania of the late 1920/30s so the hand signed and date one year later would be reasonable for something bought by the company to hang in their venues. 1929 date means the Ivory label falls well within the cities act which must be pre1947, this picture including frame, measures 25.25 x 21.25 ??
