Antique English Pastry Crimper/Jigger

I believe this is an Antique English Pastry Crimper or “Jigger”, for trimming away the surplus dough or to make a decorative pattern. 

Made from wood, is in good working order but there is some expected wear for an item of this age on the wheel. It's also very tactile.

It's approx just over 5" long & a collectors item.
