Unused 20kg bag of Ball STOPGAP Pro 1200 low odour, fast setting, fast drying, floor smoothing underlayment scree flooring powder.
Stop Gap is what the trade uses - ideal screed for preparing indoor subfloors before installing new flooring.
Can be used over old adhesive residue without priming. Will also patch-fill timber floors prior to overlaying.
