Blue Circle Stabilising Solution

This is an opened 2.5 litre can of Blue Circle Stabilising Solution. It has been in my garage for years but is still fully usable and the can is full, or very nearly so - it certainly contains more than 2 litres. Stabilising solution is for priming and stabilising masonry in one coat before application of a masonry paint like Sandtex. As a liquid container this cannot be sent by post or most couriers and is offered for collection only - location near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. Read more
