The Zyliss Gourmet Mandoline offers a variety of cutting options and slices each piece to the same uniform thickness. The Mandoline comes complete with 6 Insert blades, 4 for Slicing and 2 for Julienne cutting, this results in a variety of cuts.
The Mandoline also features a Rail guided system and runs on a sliding track to ensure a safe, easy motion over the v-shaped stainless steel blade.
To protect the inserts and store them safely there is a slide on storage box.
