SCALE MODEL ROUTEMASTER IN MANCHESTER

In 1998 GM Buses bought ten London Routemasters for the heavily used route between West Didsbury and Piccadilly in Manchester, giving the route the appropriate branding of Piccadilly Line with none too discreet self publicity about them.

Eventually they were disposed of and some are in preservation today.

This fine specimen epitomises their presence in the city and is still in its unopened box.
