M& D operated in parts of Kent and Sussex, only to be part of German owned Arriva in 1998: thus another familiar name faded into history.

During the company's existence, it purchased AEC Reliance vehicles for local and long distance work with Grenadier bodies by the Sussex coach builder, Harrington.

This boxed 4mm model, is a fine example of what would be seen in the area in the late 1950s and early 1960s.
