Canon CanoScan LiDE 20
Excellent Desktop A4 size colour flatbed scanner, which does not require a separate power source, and only needs 1 cable (supplied with it) as it is USB powered.
It is very thin, slim, compact, lightweight and portable, Dimensions are 256mm x 383mm x 34mm color resolution up to 600 x 1,200 dpi & up to 48-bit depth with 281 trillion possible colors.
Became redundant a couple of years ago when I swapped from PC to Mac & bought all-in-one printer/scanner. Kept because of its portability, not used it since, so it may as well go to a good home.
Canon website does indicate that it is also compatible with a Mac using OS 9.0 onwards, but I have no experience of his and so I would advise you to check this out yourself beforehand.
Canons website quote:- Windows 98, 2000 Pro, ME, XP (Home/Professional):
150 MHz or higher, USB port (excluding add on USB port), CD ROM driver (x2 or faster), Display: 65,000 or more colours, 800 x 600 or more pixels, RAM 64MB or more (128 MB or more for Win XP)
Mac OS:
Mac OS 9.0 or above / OS X v10.1 or above, Mac with USB support, Display: 32,000 or more colours, CPU: PowerPC G3 or higher, RAM: 64MB or more (OS X requires 128MB or more)
The scanner comes with its original Canon handbook & CD installation discs (both cover the CanoScan LiDE 20 and the CanoScan Lide 30), It also has its original stand which allows it to be stored either flat or vertically (see photos). Prior to removal and storage this scanner was fast, efficient and produced excellent results when scanning anything of size A4 or below and it is in excellent condition.
