I have been collecting stanhopes for years, I have numerous ones in silver, gold, wood, bone and other materials. I have many photos, the 5 x 9ct gold and 2 x silver churches open to show bride groom and priest at the alter with 3 gold ones having micro images of the Lord’s Prayer or wedding vows inside the window. There is a nutmeg, a propelling pencil, a manicure set, a peeps, an Irish bog oak pig, quite a few, each having different micro lenses with multiple images inside! I have numerous other ones plus a Stanhope book. These are very rare and collectable items which really hold their value. I’m selling them as my eyes are not as good as they used to be for fine detail so I rarely look at them now which is such a shame. A lot are Victorian or early 20th century. I’m willing to split them, I prefer social distancing collection from Stafford please but if postage is needed, can the additional costs of PayPal fees and special delivery postage be paid for by the buyer please?
