Pat Boone Sings 12” vinyl LP SHM 797 near mint

This 14 track stereo vinyl album is near mint (using the industry standard Goldmine condition descriptors). There are no marks at all on the vinyl which has hardly been played. Please see the images. The cover is perfect and without creases, rips, tears or any kind of other marks. The original retail shop sticker is still on the outer cover. The inner sleeve is original.
The recording is on Hallmark Records SHM 797, marketed by Pickwick and issued in 1958.
